What I need from you:
Your mixdown as a stereo WAV / AIFF file. The sample & bit rate should be 44K / 24Bit. Please make sure that the mixdown sound is well balanced and that you do not record the mixdown unnecessarily loud. The level of your mix should be around -5 dB at its highest peak.

You will receive your mastered track in WAV file format.
